At Top Gun Powder Coating, we specialize in coating and liquid painting services that add value and durability to virtually any substrate. From metals such as aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel and various alloys, to glass, fiberglass, wood, and plastic; we have the coatings that will provide superior resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and heat. Our goal is to give your parts and components added durability and increased service life. This includes plastic coatings such as thermoplastics, urethane and polyurethane, as well as epoxy, enamel, acrylic, and various marine and CARCs.

Depending on the application and material we can provide pre-coating preparation that is designed to deliver the optimal outcome for a specific combination of coating and substrate.

Pre-treatments such as chemical cleaning, media blasting, degreasing, conversion coatings, and precision masking and plugging for paint free areas are all available. We use a number of application processes that utilize systems designed for specific coating materials; this includes pressurized and pump systems, electrostatic, and conventional spray systems. The curing process is equally diverse and can be accomplished with air drying, forced drying, and high temperature baking. All of these processes are backed up by a dedicated quality department and our facility's ISO 9001:2008 certified status. Liquid painting and coating services are geared for both high & low volume and small & large parts, with special capabilities to handle large, heavy and bulky items.
